Malachi Flesher’s career in transportation and logistics has been both dynamic and rich in experience. Starting his journey straight out of high school at Car-Go Auto Transport, he later expanded his expertise at Knight Transportation. Over a decade, Malachi progressed through various roles, from Customer Service and Dispatch to ultimately becoming Vice President of Operations. His skill set is vast, covering fleet management, safety, and transportation across diverse sectors like Dry Van, Reefer, Port and Rail, automotive, and heavy haul equipment.
As the Co-President at Car-Go Auto Transport, Malachi is the linchpin in driving the company forward. He leads operations with a keen focus on customer success and driver efficiencies, while also playing a significant role in sales and marketing. His goal is crystal clear: to provide the most transparent, efficient, and reliable transportation services in the industry.

Journey & Beliefs: Malachi’s career in transportation reignited in 2013 as an account manager at Knight Transportation. The roles he held there, particularly those focused on customer service and operational improvement, have been instrumental in shaping his approach to leadership. He lives by the mantra that no task is too big or too small, viewing every challenge as an opportunity to learn and assist others. His favorite verse, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” from Philippians 4:13, is a testament to his resilience and faith.
Personal Life: At the heart of Malachi’s world is his family. Married for over 15 years to his wife, Lisa, and father to two beautiful daughters, Brooklyn and Madison, he cherishes the love and support they share. His family forms the cornerstone of his life, inspiring him daily in his professional endeavors.
